Research indicates that employee wellness programs provide an excellent preventative health option. Help encourage your staff to take care of themselves through our comprehensive Yoga-at-Work program. Our classes are custom designed to meet your specific organization and your employees needs. Receive practical yoga instructions from certified, professional teachers during the before work, lunch, or after work hours. Yoga-at-Work is an excellent compliment to any existing staff gym or employee fitness programs, or can become a great start to building a preventative healthcare option.

YOGA AT SCHOOL - Give your students the benefit of a fun, noncompetitive fitness exercise. Prevent childhood obesity, improve concentration, and build an overall interest in wellness at your school with a comprehensive Yoga-at-School program. Classes range between 45 minutes to an hour, consisting of movement, breathing techniques, yoga games, and quiet reflection. Our curriculums also includes built-in education in healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, art, math, history, and social and literacy skills. Classes are made age-appropriate for students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. Classes can be arranged during school hours or as an after school program. Separate adult classes for teachers, staff, and parents can also be added to the Yoga-at-School program.

YOGA IN COMMUNITIES - Yoga classes can now be found in cities and towns all around the world. Most neighborhoods in the Washington, DC area offer yoga through yoga studios, community centers, and gyms. We offer hatha, vinyasa, and integrative yoga therapy classes that can help you build your own yoga practice. Here is a list of our current classes offered to the public:

An all-levels class that keeps your body moving with classical and creative sequences of yoga asanas influenced by the Vinyasa Flow traditions. Each student will have the opportunity to visit the full complement of asanas from standing poses, twists, backbends, arm balances and inversions with modifications for different levels. All followed by a relaxing savasana.
