The new Highlandtown Healthy Living Center, a facility that is a part of Baltimore Medical Systems, is opening March 2010. The large center is 32,000 square feet per floor and has the capacity to serve 8,000 people. Helina Metaferia is one of several diverse artists whose work has been purchased for the center's permanent art collection.

This exhibition features new mixed media paintings created by Helina Metaferia that celebrate spiritual journies into self-discovery. The body of work explores themes of identity and personal development through figure forms. The art will be hung in the Multicultural Department of Williams College. The exhibition runs through late June.
